STEP 2:
We shall reply you within 18 hours for stock confirmation, bank account details & the total payment to be made

STEP 3:
Kindly make payment to the bank account (to be given) within 3 days

STEP 4:
Kindly notify us via email after the payment is made

STEP 5:
Please be noted that delivery will usually take 3-4 weeks(fashion) & 2-3 weeks (handbag) to reach after the last order date

CONFIRMATION ON PAYMENT

Please be informed that at the moment we only accept payment through our Maybank, CIMB Bank & Hong Leong Bank account (bank-in/cash deposit/online banking/fund transfer). Payment is due within 3 days after confirmation. After which, transaction willl be deemed as void.
Kindly send us a notification via email after payment is made, so that we can make immediate arrangement for shipment.

PRODUCTS' AVAILABILITY
i.Stylez is unable to guarantee the availability of the products even after the order is placed. This is due to the first come first serve policy implemented by our manufacturer. Our best practice is to refund the full amount to the customer in the event that the purchased items cannot be fulfilled

COLOUR & MEASUREMENT
Colour of the clothing may slightly differ due to the lighting and camera resolution. As for measurements, it may slightly vary due to workmanship. Hence, we do not accept returns for reasons of colour deviation from computer display view, quality, size, measurement and etc. Please be noted that the photos published at our website are mainly for reference purpose only

LOST & DAMAGES
i.Stylez will not be responsible for any damages or lost item(s) during the delivery

REFUND
We offer 100% refund for all out of stock products after the payment is made. Please be informed that we do not refund due to the following circumstances:
· when the product received is different from the photo in terms of color, accessories and material used
· when the product received has slight workmanship error such as sewing, cutting, joining, scratching, watermarking and improper dyeing
The request of refunding is valid only for 3 days upon receiving your product

PRICING
Price stated is non-negotiable and excludes postal charges. All sales are final and strictly no refund/no exchange

PAYMENT
Payment should be made within 3 days after confirmation or else items will be released for sale

DELIVERY DATE
